– orders received between December 9th to January 1st will be delivered within 3 weeks.
For a limited time only, we offer FREE UK delivery and returns.
We offer delivery to the UK, EU, and US. However, if your country is not listed, please contact us at email@example.com and we can arrange a delivery to your selected country.
All orders are sent directly from the designer and vary in delivery times. Please kindly refer to shipping times for the product.
There may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
List of countries and regions we deliver to include: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, US.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. You will be sent an email containing your Returns Authorisation Code and the returns address of the designer.
3. Fill in the details on your Returns Slip, cut it off and enclose it with the original packaging and returned items.
4. Send the goods using recorded delivery.
– All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
– You have 14 working days from receipt of order to return your item(s).
– The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
– We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
– On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs (where applicable) will not be refunded.
