- FREE UK delivery and returns
FREE standard US delivery for orders over $250
- All orders are sent directly from the designers and can vary in delivery times. The vast majority are dispatched within 3 – 5 working days of receiving the order and shipped via Royal Mail for UK and via courier for rest of world.
- All deliveries are fully tracked to give you peace of mind and enable you to check your delivery status. When your goods are dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with your order number and tracking reference.
- If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left the building. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

If your country is not listed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily arrange a delivery to your selected country.
Please note there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside of the European Union. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to confirm the cost as customs policies and import duties vary by country. For any queries you may have, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details. If you have not received your tracking email, or require further information, please contact us at email@example.com
Its ok to change your mind!
If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer free UK returns within 14 days of receiving your package on any full or sale price product providing the item is unworn and in good condition.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- For UK only – We will send you a prepaid returns label to print, affix on parcel and return at the post office.
- For all other countries – Return the goods using recorded/ tracked delivery so we can refund your order once the item has been safely received.
- All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
- You have 14 working days from receipt of order to return your item(s).
- The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached (if applicable). Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
- On receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs (where applicable) will not be refunded.
