Your style defined in 3 words:
Simple, Versatile, Street-inspired

Do you prefer timeless classics or cutting edge trends?
A little bit of both. Gotta mix new trends with classics.

Your style icon:
I have several. I pull inspiration from all of these beautiful females: Rihanna, Jules from SincerelyJules, Olivia Lo, Jnelv, Rumi Neely

What inspires your personal style?
The streets of LA, all my shoes help me think of what to wear with them (if that makes sense). Pin-up girls have been my new inspiration in some of my looks. The whole retro look has inspired some of my outfits lately, but I’ve added my own personal touch. I don’t really have a straight answer as to what inspires my personal style. I get inspired everyday by everything I see and I don’t know…my style just comes natural to me.

Favorite designers:
I’m not into high-end designers as much, more into streetwear but: Jeffrey Campbell, UNIF, Stussy, Brandy Melville, Love+Made, Imadri, Deandri, etc.

Current trend you are embracing:
I don’t usually follow trends, but right now probably the whole “harem pants”/sweatpants comfortable pants look. I just bought some leather sweats and I think they look perfect with all my Jordan’s and with my Jeffrey Campbell’s.

Other bloggers you follow:
Jnelv, Sincerely Jules, LustForLife, wicvh, fashiontoast, etc.

If you could trade closets with anyone for a day, who would it be?
JNELV, oh my goodness! She has style and SOOOO many clothes, shoes, accessories! I wish I could trade closets with her AND have her style me. Love her!

Best style tip for petite women:
Don’t wear clothes that will drag you down. I personally don’t think maxi skirts or dresses look good on petite women. It drags them down…Wear high-waisted pants and cuff them up. It will make you have the illusion that you have long legs.

Biggest fashion crime petites commit often:
Petites actually look good in everything, in my opinion. I don’t think I’ve seen any petite commit a “fashion crime.”

What are the 3 items every girl should have in her closet?
A nice, oversized cardigan, a simple crop top, a pair of american apparel easy jeans.

One fashion item you can’t live without:
SUNNIES! I need to wear sunnies with all my outfits! I feel like they put an outfit together in a way.

Do you prefer dressing up or dressing down?
Dressing down. Dressing up, most of the time, isn’t comfortable and I love to look good AND be comfortable at the same time.

Where do you shop?
Nasty Gal, American Apparel, Brandy Melville, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, H&M, Stussy, Flea Markets, Active, etc.

You would never wear:
Garter Tights…

Xoxo, CuriouserLia
