We were frustrated by the lack of clothing options for petite women so we took matters into our own hands. Turning stumbling blocks into building blocks, Bomb Petite devised this project to give women the designer clothes they love in sizes that fit.
Calling on the best talent in the fashion industry, we alter dresses to fit women 5’4 and shorter. When you click on something you like, our team has already worked its magic, making that hot dress petite friendly. The result? Proportioned. Flattering. Perfect. No additional seams are added, no aesthetic changes made. This is still the dress you love. Now, it loves you back!
How the dresses have been altered:
– each dress is fit on a petite model to identify specific fit issues.
– alterations requirements are identified to achieve flattering fit for women 5’4 and shorter.
– seams are unpicked, fabric measured, cut and then re-stictched, keeping the original integrity of the dress.
– each dress is carefully reviewed at the second fitting, ready for you to buy.
